“Growing Our Spiritual Practice”
Kevin will share how increasing inner flexibility can enhance our
spiritual practice. He will help us see spirituality as a value and
then introduce exercises that will help us stay focused on that
value. Kevin is a longtime member of UCR, serving on the Building
and Grounds team as well as helping with the audio each month. He
is a licensed psychologist, practicing in the Cedar Rapids
area.
